Our studio is situated in the heart of Laganas and it's an ideal option for couples or a small group of friends. Whether you prefer to relax in the sun on your balcony, visit the pool bar downstairs and use the pool, or explore the nearby Laganas beach (150m away) and the vibrant nightlife of Laganas (10 mins walk), our studio is the perfect holiday place. The space This studio is on the second (top) floor of the Nemesis Aparthotel (the whole complex has 12 more studios). It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, on a double bed and two more single beds (bed with pull-out bed). The double bed could also be separated into two single beds, in order to have 4 single beds if needed. Guest access It is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning on all areas • Smart TV • Safe box • Fully equipped Kitchen (fridge, freezer, mini hob, microwave oven, cooking utensils) • Kettle, coffee machine, toaster • Fresh bed linen and towels The apartment has its own private balcony with an outdoor seating area, which make it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy your meals under the sunshine. Moreover, on the ground floor there is a pool bar & seating area with plenty of beverages and food choices available and a big swimming pool with sun loungers (shared among all the guests of Nemesis Aparthotel). Basic cleaning is provided daily, fresh towels are provided to you every two days and bed sheets are changed every 3 days. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day or if a cleaning has not been arranged.
