Farmhouse with Pool Minutes to Hunter Mountain

Farmhouse with a large modern in ground heated pool. Mountain views from every window with a rustic stone fireplace. Stream in the back woods with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and star gazing. Large fully stocked kitchen. 3 large bedroom with 2 Queens, 1king and 2 twin day beds and futon. Family friendly amenities including crib, high chair, and baby gates. We have lots of games and toys for the kids. Our home is less than 10 minutes to Hunter Mountain and Tannersville and 35 mins to Belleayre. We are perfectly located in Catskill park close to hiking trails, skiing, farmers markets, tubing, and the charming towns of Phoenicia and Woodstock. Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day (depending on the weather) We strive to keep our home in excellent condition to ensure a comfortable stay. Our home is a rustic and historic farm house with quirks and charms in a country setting far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Once in awhile things break, the wifi goes down, a drain is clogged or something needs replacement during your stay. Sometimes our property is visiting by wildlife and insects during certain seasons. We encourage you to communicate with us about anything that comes up during your stay so we can resolve the issue but please keep in mind we are private hosts without an onsite staff and not a hotel chain that can issue refunds for small issues that come up. Thank you for your understanding. We do heat our pool while it open but please keep in mind that it is quite large and during the cooler months it is impossible to keep it warmer than 75.
