Private, Quiet, and Relaxing The space House is clean and has everything you need, but nothing fancy. Smart TVs and Ceiling fans in every room, mini split a/c with heater in living room and in large bedroom. Washer and dryer in bathroom. House has a small kitchen with granite countertops, plates, silverware, pots, pans, coffee pot, microwave, full size stove and fridge. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets and blankets. Furniture is very simple. Floor is all tile allowing for easy cleanup. House is on a large lot, very quiet and relaxing. Other homes in the area are spread out allowing for privacy. Plenty of room to park your boat trailer in front. Several oak trees provide shade around BBQ pit and small Fish cleaning table. A small deck in the back yard provides a screened, covered seating area. Quiet and private country living, very relaxing and only a sort drive to restuarants, shopping, and beaches. Free WiFi. My boat is always parked on the side of the house.
