Located in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou in a quiet environment, and close to the Futuroscope (3 min by car), this newly built house, arranged in a contemporary spirit and with new interior amenities, is an ideal place for a vacation with family or friends to discover the tourist places of our region. The space Location: Served by highway 10 (Futuroscope exit) and 3 TVG stations nearby (Futuroscope, Poitiers, Châtellerault). Accommodation: Our 85 m² house can accommodate 1 to 7 people, on a 500 m² plot with a 12 m² terrace (south-facing) to enjoy and spend quality time. Composed of 3 large bedrooms with storage (one 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm single beds, 1 single sofa bed), 1 bathroom with large shower – double sink – towel dryer, 1 separate toilet, equipped kitchen with oven – induction cooktop – range hood – fridge freezer – microwave, dishwasher – capsule coffee maker – dishes and kitchen utensils, living room – flat screen TV – private Wi-Fi connection… Wooden crib with bars, high chair and baby bath available upon request. Bed linen, towels & house are provided, as well as basic products such as soap, shower gel, toilet paper... Possibility to park 2 cars. Other things to note We also offer long stays for people who need accommodation as part of their professional activity with pricing adapted to the duration of the stay.
