A haven of peace that we enjoy sharing in the heart of the FRENCH RIVIERA between Nice and Cannes! Come and recharge your batteries with a nice and sweet break with us! A little piece of heaven close to local life, the authentic small fishing port of "Cros de Cagnes", and its famous chapel. You will enjoy walking or cycling along the promenade where you will find very good small restaurants for all budgets. So don't wait any longer!! Come!! The space This splendid 32 m2 studio is completely refurbished with very neat decoration. It will satisfy the most demanding. It is on the seafront in a modern and very quiet residence, slightly set back from the road. It consists of a large entrance with large storage to get comfortable as soon as you arrive. A cozy shower room with toilet. And for added comfort, we provide a hair dryer, and a straightener for you ladies! Body Wash and Shampoo are provided. A very cocooning sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 X 200). Linens are provided and are of very good quality. To get dressed up you will find a small ironing board and iron. There is a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped to spend the most enjoyable stay. (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, mini dishwasher, washing machine and clothes rack, coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as all the utensils and spices needed to make good meals). It is also equipped with reversible air conditioning. The little extra: a real relaxation corner on the small terrace with sea view. 😊 Guest access sea view and/or mountain view with the medieval castle of Cagnes-sur-Mer that you can admire from the apartment's small terrace. Other things to note A very nice and delicious bakery is at the foot of the building. If it's not to your liking, there's a second one right after. Parking is available at the bottom of the building for €0.80 per hour. Parking is free from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. It is also free on Saturday from 12:00 p.m., and on Sunday all day. (Except July and August when parking is also charged on Saturday and Sunday). Spaces are easily found because they are paid.
