Beautiful 55 m2 apartment ideally located for staying in Charleville-Mézières. It is centrally located in the city, 3 minutes from the train station and Place Ducale. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), dressing room, and 140 cm flat screen (Smart TV). The other bedroom includes a classic size bed (140 x 190 cm) with storage. Bed linen will be provided and towels are provided. The space One of the highlights of my apartment is that it has a private entrance. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven and dishwasher. The living room includes a 2-seat sofa, two individual armchairs and a 110 cm AMBILIGHT flat screen. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and storage. Shower gel is provided. NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and classic DTT are available on each TV. Wi-Fi is available for free in every room of the home Guest access Regarding parking, there are two options available to you: The first, for a fee, is to park in the avenue itself, in the streets in the immediate vicinity, or a parking lot at €8 for 24 hours is located just above the apartment. Please note that parking is free from 6:30 p.m. to 9 a.m. as well as on Sundays and public holidays and that you get 1.5 hours free when you enter your registration number on the parking meter. The second option is to park in a free parking lot. The one located on Place Jacques Felix is quite safe and you will find a space there without any problem. Other things to note Access to my place is through the condo's courtyard. A yellow wooden door on the right will allow you to reach my apartment.
