Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, the RGA, with many outdoor activities and places of interest nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village, 5 minutes by car, I can book you a table there. The space Independent studio of 32 m² including fitted and equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, bathroom with XL shower, 100 cm TV, 160 x 200 bed (convertible sofa for quality daily use); the accommodation is designed for one or two person(s). You have a private shaded terrace with dining area and deckchair, a parking space within the villa and free Wi-Fi (fiber). You also have access to the main terrace of 80 m2 facing south with summer kitchen, relaxation area with sunbathing, bench, parasol, charcoal barbecue, all with panoramic views of the mountains and the Vésubie. Guest access We are located on the M373 (Route de Pélasque), opposite kilometer marker 2. You have a parking space reserved for you for the duration of your stay within the villa and if you come by motorcycle we can park it or them on the terrace. We are located 2 kilometers from the bus stop of line 90 going up from NICE (Le Suquet), and I can pick you up there. You can reach us from NICE airport or Saint Augustin train station. Other things to note You have the option to have breakfast every morning for €8 per person with yogurt, compote, brioche and homemade jams, croissant/pain au chocolat cooked to order, 100% fruit juice, unsalted and semi-salted butter, tea, coffee or hot chocolate. I can provide you with a packed lunch for the evening at €10 per person if you are a cyclist, hiker or in case of late arrival. Discounts are available for 3 consecutive nights and per week.
