This beautiful villa is located in the world-famous wine village of Gols. The surrounding vineyards and the nature reserve around Lake Neusiedl invite you to hike, ride and cycle, as well as Lake Neusiedl for surfing, kiting and sailing and the Parndorf Outlet Center for shopping. The house has a ground floor and a 1st floor and is superbly equipped. The house with fully equipped kitchen and exit to the secluded garden can accommodate 6 people. The space The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating or cooling. There are two large bathrooms, a large sauna, 3 toilets, a living room with fireplace, as well as 4 bedrooms. The large garden has an outdoor pool (11 m x 4 m) with cover and beach chair, as well as a climbing and swinging device. In front of the kitchen is the large porch with electric grill, 2 loungers and a dining area with space for 6 people. In front of the house you can park on the street, or a car has space in the carport of the house. 2 bicycles for adults are available, otherwise they can be rented in the area. Lake Neusiedl and its surroundings are ideal for many sports and leisure activities. From horseback riding, surfing and kiting in the huge shallow water area with well-equipped schools and rental service in Podersdorf to stand-up paddling, sailing, cycling. There's something for everyone. For an extensive shopping tour, the huge Designer Outlet Parndorf is a 10-minute drive away. The city of Vienna with its sights can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Other things to note The local tax is calculated after receipt of the booking, prescribed and collected in cash upon arrival.
