A house with a private heated pool, Oaxtepec

Pleasant rest house perfect for small or medium families, with a private and heated pool (using solar panels), 15 minutes from Cocoyoc and Oaxtepec. We are a few minutes from the Six Flags Hurriacan Harbor water park, 25 minutes from Yecapixtla and half an hour from Tepoztlán. Enjoy the 2 pools we have, one inside the private one and the other in the backyard of the house, heated (panels) and just for you and your family. Prepare a roasted pork in the Roof Garden. The space You can occupy the whole house, 3 bedrooms on the second floor, 1 studio on the ground floor, living room , dining room, kitchen, Roof Garden with grill, private pool ( heated, through solar panels), green areas. The house is family friendly, in the Roof Garden you can make a rich roasted meat and enjoy a spectacular view (of the Popocatépetl and the Iztaccíhuatl). Enjoy two pools!! One that belongs to the entire private area with green areas and games for the children!! And the other inside the house, in the backyard and is air-conditioned (with solar panels)!! Excellent for having a great time with your loved ones!! Additionally, it includes access to the subdivision's water park (at a preferential cost), which operates only on weekends. The pool is heated by solar panels, so in the winter season the temperature tends to go down a little bit . Guest access The whole house, except for one room, which is on the second floor, is closed. Other things to note The pool heating is by solar panels, so we depend on how sunny the weather is for which the water is warmer. The heating system is automatic on and off by itself, you don't have to move anything. Guests must also bring their towel to dry themselves after using the pool. When using blocker or suntanter, wait 20 minutes before entering the pool, this will help keep the water as clean as possible. The showers in the house work with a solar heater!! Moderate the time it takes to bathe so I can reach for all the guests. Additionally, it includes preferential access to the subdivision's water park, which operates only on weekends. If you are traveling with pets, please remember that they cannot get into any of the pools.
