This turn of the century rancher sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom, television and attached sitting room with an additional television. We offer free high speed wireless internet and cable television. The television in the living room is a 55" smart TV with Netflix and Hulu apps to use if you have an account. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are included with your stay. Newer dishes, utensils, pots, pans and small appliances are also available. There is a deck in the backyard with a propane grill and patio table. There is also a front porch with seating for 6. Multiple cars will fit on the gravel driveway. This home is all one level, with only stairs to the front and back doors. We do not live in this home, so there is no shared space! The fireplace is for decoration only and is not functional. You're in walking distance to Starbucks, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Burger King, Memorial Hospital and the Olympic Training Center. 3 minutes from Memorial Park, 6 minutes from Colorado College, 9 minutes from University of Colorado Colorado Springs, 13 minutes from the Broadmoor, 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and 17 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. **Check in as early as 4:00pm and check out as late as 10:00am. **This is a licensed short-term rental.
