Modern lodge with sauna & jacuzzi in Lyngen Alps

Nord-Lenangen is located 90 kilometers from the city of Tromsø, at the northern tip of Lyngen municipality. The village has around 450 inhabitants and it's main industry includes fisheries, agriculture as well as a growing tourism industry. Our lodges are named after some of the beautiful and magnificent mountaintops that are a part of the Lyngen Alps. We have three lodges: "Rødtinden", "Lenangstinden" and "Storgalten." All of our lodges are close to the sea, with it's own boatlanding. The space "Lenangstinden"-lodge is a 145 m2 modern lodge built in 2013. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two separated bathrooms with both shower and toilet, a drying room for equipment, entrance and four bedroom – able to host ten people, distributed on 8 beds, 2 queen size and 6 single beds. Washer and dryer as well as the drying room for clothes and equipment. The lodge is equipped with a 40’’ TV with a large channel selection. Sport and film Blu-ray player, radio and a small stereo system. High speed WIFI. The lodge is handicap friendly and has its own wheelchair ramp. Unfortunately, we do not have a ramp to access the bedrooms on the second floor. The lodge share a wood-fired sauna with its own shower/toilet as well as a dressing room. Heat in all floors. The sauna can fit up to 16 people. We can also offer our guests a new and modern Jacuzzi for up to 9 people. The sauna and Jacuzzi are shared with Storgalten lodge, just a stone’s throw away. Big south- and north facing terraces with outdoor furniture and barbecue possibilities/outside fireplace. During your stay at our lodge you can expect to both have a relaxing experience where you can find your inner peace, but at the same time fill your day with different activities. We offer a wide range of both summer and winter activities. Amongs other fjordcruise, arranged skiing trips with certificated guide, trips to Aurora Spirit and Lyngen reker, snowmobile safari, ice fishing and much more. The nature in Lyngen provides good hiking opportunities as well. There are many hikes with different difficulty levels that you can explore.
