The space The apartment in this listing is at your disposal on the first floor of the Chalet. You will have a total of 76 square meters of apartment plus two comfortably habitable terraces. It has a double entrance. One inside the Chalet, with wooden stairs, the other outside, always accessible via stairs but directly connected to the garden. The accommodation consists of 2 spacious bedrooms. One double, the other with 2 single beds that can be joined if needed. A large and unique environment represents the living area of the apartment; characterized by large windows facing south, on the park owned by the Chalet and overlooking the beautiful peaks of the Asiago plateau. In this spacious room you will find a ventilated fireplace, a comfortable three-seater sofa (if necessary usable as a double sofa bed), the dining area with a large 6/8-seater table and a kitchen partially divided from the rest of the room and fully equipped. We suggest you take a look at the attached photos. Two terraces equipped with a dining and relaxation area allow you to greatly expand the availability of this apartment, giving you the opportunity to experience the outdoors even without going down to the garden. A bathroom with shower and bidet completes the available environment. We have created two separate Outdoor Dining Areas with their own Barbecue to ensure your Privacy. This year, Barbara's Garden will give tasty and healthy fresh products to our welcome guests... Fire pit area for magical evening atmospheres. Surrounded by nature, in the presence of the beautiful mountains of the Asiago plateau and with a vast private park available, you will find the right balance of body and mind. You can stroll through nature, climb a few peaks, enjoy the art of the Val di Sella... Or lie comfortably in the company of a good book, admiring the majestic mountains that surround you and letting yourself be lulled by the silence and the chirping of the birds. Guest access The area outside the Chalet and its equipment are at the guests' complete disposal. Other things to note For overnight stays or for periods that are not available on the Calendar, please ask! The booking price includes all accommodation expenses excluding the Accommodation Tax, which in our Region corresponds to €1.00 (excluding children under the age of 14) per person per night, to be paid in cash.
