In the cold season, enjoy the wonderful view from the warm living room through the large French doors to the winter meadows and mountains of the Lamer Winkel. The price includes all costs including final cleaning and guest cards. The space Arrive and feel good in our lovingly designed apartment! The living and dining area includes a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The ground floor apartment has its own entrance and a furnished south-facing terrace. Linens and towels are provided and are changed for longer stays. A parking space is on the premises. For unloading, you have the option to park right in front of the house entrance. Other things to note Electric vehicles can be charged on the premises. The wallbox is in the driveway. The kWh costs €0.40. Fees apply when using the washing machine and dryer.
