The space This first floor apartment is completely self contained and private with ample parking, it includes a spacious open plan kitchen and living room with a seperate bedroom and bathroom everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lounge area with seating for 4 people and a work space. A sofa bed which can be made up for guest arrival if needed and a smart tv with wifi. The dining area consists of a table and seating for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all ammenities including a cooker, washing machine, microwave, a fridge and plenty of space for food preparation. The bedroom has a double bed, side table and a wardrobe. There is also a large airing cupboard with more space for storage. Luxury cotton bath sheets and hand towels are included in our newly fitted bathroom Guest access You have the whole self contained apartment with a balcony and a small garden area with seating. Access to the footpaths are a short walk.
