Please help us maintain this standard by keeping shared areas clean during your stay. Excessive mess or trash may incur an additional cleaning fee. 🚫 Cancellations & House Rules: Same-day cancellations are not permitted. As this is a shared living space, we kindly ask that you respect house rules, be mindful of others, and treat the home as you would your own. During your stay Your host is usually busy adulting (aka working) during the day, so interaction will be minimal—but rest assured, you’ll have the privacy and space to relax and enjoy your stay. Other things to note 🐾 Cats on patrol! I live here with my two feline overlords. One of them is a stealthy escape artist who treats the front door like a game show buzzer. Please help keep them safe by making sure they stay indoors—they have zero street smarts but endless sass. 🕰 Check-in/out: Flexible like a yoga cat—just let me know ahead of time so we can make it work! 🥣 No snacks in the bedroom, please. Crumbs = ants. Spills = drama. Let’s keep the ant party outside where it belongs. Quiet hours are from 10PM–8AM—so no midnight karaoke, even if the cats ask nicely. 🚗 Parking is free! Just don’t forget: Tuesdays = street cleaning. Park like a local or risk a donation to the City of LA. 📵 No puff-puff of any kind. No smoking, vaping, or sage smudging indoors. The cats are already dramatic enough. 🧍‍♀️ No surprise guests, please. This isn’t Coachella.
