Groups of adults (more than 2) are not allowed. Beautiful chalet with large covered terrace of 15 m2, garden furniture and private plancha, near the owners' house but independent (separate entrance, not overlooked, no shared ownership). Our vacationers have access to the heated pool from May 30 to September 20, 2026 (shared). IDEALLY LOCATED HALFWAY BETWEEN BIARRITZ AND CAPBRETON-HOSSEGOR!!! Tarnos beach is 5 km away, without traffic, (8-10 min drive... a little more by bike!). Easy access and supervised from mid-June to mid-September. Lake Capbreton 10 km away (swimming, crab fishing, etc.). Baby-friendly cottage. The cottage is very neat and very well-equipped. The garden is perfectly enclosed, safe for children (pool barriers). All amenities within walking distance: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, bus, park with recreational lake (fishing), football field nearby, supermarket 100 m away... Internet: Wi-Fi, fiber. We cannot accept pets. Self check-in by keybox possible. Free street parking is available in front of the cottage. Utilities, linens and towels are included, as well as cleaning products... Cleaning is not included: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, appliances, floors, windows, dishes, plancha... The chalet must be in the same clean condition as when you arrived, i.e. impeccably cleaned. We take care of the laundry. An optional cleaning package is available, if you do not wish to do it thoroughly when you check out: €70 Guest access The chalet and its covered terrace, the private hot tub all year round included in the price, and a plancha. The heated swimming pool area is shared from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. without restrictions on the dates indicated. Other things to note This house is a 3-star Gîte de France, prefecture rated 4****.
