The space 4-star Gîte de France (eco-friendly & "City Break" certified); recommended by *Petit Futé* (2026 edition); features a private spa available year-round. Suitable for couples or families (couple + 1 or 2 children). Adult groups (larger than 2 people) are not permitted. Superb chalet with a large 15m² covered terrace, outdoor seating, and a private plancha grill; located near the owners' house but fully independent (separate entrance, no overlooking neighbors, no shared walls). Guests have access to the heated swimming pool (shared) from June 20 to october 4, 2026. IDEALLY LOCATED HALFWAY BETWEEN BIARRITZ AND CAPBRETON-HOSSEGOR! Tarnos beach is 5 km away—accessible without traffic jams (10-minute drive... a bit longer by bike!). Easy access; lifeguard-supervised from mid-June to mid-September. Capbreton Lake is 10 km away (swimming, crab fishing, etc.). Baby-friendly accommodation. The chalet is meticulously maintained and very well-equipped. Air conditioning unit in the living room; wall-mounted fans with remote controls in every bedroom. The garden is fully enclosed and child-safe (pool safety barriers). All amenities within walking distance: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, bus stop, park with a recreational lake (fishing), nearby soccer field, supermarket 100m away... Internet: Wi-Fi, fiber optic. We do not accept pets. Self check-in via key box available. Free street parking in front of the chalet. Utilities, bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies are included... Cleaning is not included: this covers the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, appliances, floors, windows, dishes, and plancha grill. The chalet must be left in the same state of cleanliness as upon your arrival—meaning impeccably clean. We handle the laundry. An optional cleaning service is available if you do not wish to do a thorough clean yourself before leaving: €70. Guest access The chalet with its covered terrace, a private year-round hot tub included in the price, and a plancha grill. Access to the shared heated pool area from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM without restrictions during the specified dates.
