Apartment located in downtown Cancun, close to shops and restaurants. This beautiful apartment has a private terrace with chairs so you can enjoy a view of the city. This location is excellent to get to know the center of Cancun on foot. The apartment is located at the third floor and we DON'T count with elevator. The space This spot is perfect for stays of 3 guests. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that we do NOT have an elevator. -An induction grill with one burner so you can cook during your stay. -A sofa bed for a THIRD guest. If the reservation is for 2 guests and you need the sofa bed, contact us directly. The extra sheets for the sofa bed, have an extra cost, already included when booking for 3 guests. If the reservation is for 2 guests and you need the sofa bed, they will be charged separately. -Smart TV only, it does NOT have a cable system. -Air-conditioning. -Free parking on the street. -Recommendations of private transportation from the airport (extra cost). -A private terrace on the second floor and a small balcony on the ground floor. Guest access We know that Cancun is a very hot place, that is why we wanted to create a beautiful space so you can enjoy a cool sunset. The common area is located on the top floor. There you will find chairs and a pool with a view of the city. This area is shared with the rest of the guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT POINTS: -After 8:00 pm no unregistered guests should be on the premises. -DO NOT SHOUT in hallways. -You cannot smoke inside the apartments. -The schedules of the public areas are: 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. -There will be extra charges for any lost or broken items, damaged towels and sheets. -You can make changes to the dates at least 15 days before the arrival date. -You can request a late check out (EXTRA COST PER HOUR), as long as there is availability. -The area is safe, but as in any city it is important not to leave important or flashy things inside the car. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to a car parked outside the building.
