The WATERS HOUSE is a typical Portuguese bifamily villa. Situated in one of the best areas of Peniche, it has large areas and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Whether on foot or by car in a few minutes, you will travel to the best places our city has to offer you. Whether they're surf spots, shops, great restaurants, bakeries, or bars. Our city has a lot of activities for all ages. Don't hesitate and stay with us, we will be happy to accommodate you. The space On the first floor, you will find a (fully equipped) kitchen with space for meals and a small balcony with churasco. On this floor, a spacious living room overlooking the main street is also located. It is also possible to observe the beach of the broken that is about 100 meters away. The living room has a larreira as well as a small balcony. Separating these two mentioned spaces is a small hall with a WC. The second floor of the access to the 3 bedrooms of the house: Room 01: with 12.5 m2 has a small closet, double bed and a varadim with a breathtaking view over the sea and all its coast. - Room 02: spacious 11m2 suite with double bed, storage and a private bathroom (toilet and shower). - Bedroom 03: 9m2 where two people can be accommodated. It also has an ordinary closet. This last floor is also composed of a small hall where the common bathroom is located (bathtub, toilet and bidet) Guest access The urbanization of the papoa is one of the most reputable neighborhoods. In front of the villa you will have the possibility to park your vehicle for free. There are also several free parking spots within a radius of 50 meters. This neighborhood excels for your safety and peacefulness. Other things to note Unfortunately our house will not be adapted for people with reduced mobility by the presence of stairs.
