WATERS HOUSE is a typical Portuguese two-family villa. Located in one of the best areas of Peniche, it has large areas and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Whether on foot or by car, in a few minutes you will travel to the best places our city has to offer. Be they surf spots, shops, great restaurants, bakeries or bars. Our city has lots of activities for all ages. Don't hesitate and stay with us, we'll be happy to accommodate you. The space On the first floor, you will find a kitchen (fully equipped) with space for meals and a small balcony with a barbecue. On this floor, there is also a spacious living room overlooking the main street. It is also possible to observe the beach of Quebrado, which is about 100 meters away. The living room has a fireplace as well as a small balcony. Separating these two spaces is a small hall with a toilet. The second floor provides access to the 3 bedrooms of the house: - Bedroom 01: with 12.5 m2, it has a small closet, double bed and a balcony with a breathtaking view over the sea and its entire coast. - Room 02: spacious 11 sq. meter suite with a double bed, storage and a private bathroom (toilet and shower). - Room 03: 9 sq. meters where two people can be accommodated. It also has a common wardrobe. This last floor is also composed of a small hall where the common bathroom is located (bathtub, toilet and bidet). Guest access The Papoa development is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods. In front of the house, you will have the possibility to park your vehicle for free. There are also several free parking spaces within a 50-meter radius. This neighborhood excels in its safety and tranquility.
