If you want to book a time for me to take you out on the river in my pontoon that can also be arranged. The shelter and fire pit are shared spaces and can be used by any guests. I have 8 Houseboats, a Barbie Sailboat, a tiny house and 2 campers in rent here. NO gas stove. No smoking, vaping or candela on boat or docks. This has a small DVD TV. If you use lots of electricity at one time you may trip the breakers. Be mindful of electric use to help avoid this. Other things to note This boat has steps throughout so if this is a challenge for you this may not be the space for you. Old boats aren’t made for lots of electric devices to be plugged in at once, can trip breakers if you aren’t mindful of this. Was built before the electronic age. The only TV is a DVD player type. NOTICE If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, fish can be active and bumped into the bottom of the boat and makes a knocking noise, they sometimes eat the algae on bottom also.
