The space What we offer is a 30 sq. meter - 2 bedroom each with an AC unit and a ceiling fan in the living room. The master bedroom has a comfy double-size bed perfect for couples and the other room has a double-deck bed for children or adults. Perfect for small or medium-sized families. Our de-clutter unit was perfectly designed to have ample living space, simple yet elegant with free fast internet access, a Netflix connection, and a smart keyless entry lock. Guest access Our guests will have access to all parts of our condo unit privately with a smart keyless entry lock. You can also roam around the premises and enjoy the place, use our main lobby to receive visitors, study, etc., and spend some time in our lush garden along the sidewalks to unwind and relax. Our function hall can be rented out for your private events, just make sure to make an early reservation. Your family can also enjoy our three lap pools, 2 main pools for adults, and 1 kiddie lap pool. The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm. You can park your car in front of the building (tower 1) for 30 minutes (max) for Emergency purposes. Paid parking is available just in front of our building in front of Alfamart grocery or for private parking inside with a rental fee. Other things to note MAXIMUM of 4 guests only + extra 1 guest for the kid if family or relatives. 2 ROOMS with a very cozy living room space and a separate kitchen. Located in Tower 1 which is very accessible to the main gate and transportation. Walking distance to all MALLS: SM, Fairview Terraces, and ROBINSONS Nova. . For short stays - There is an entrance fee for the swimming pool of P150 per head per entry for regular days and P300 for holidays. Unlimited use of the pool for 4 guests is free for a long-term stay. You just need to pay P1,000 for the contract and notary as per admin policy. (not included in airbnb payments) Parking Fee - P300 per day for car and P150 for motorbike. P6,000 for 1-month parking. Check-in: 2:00 pm ️Check-out: 12:00 noon the next day PLEASE NOTE: COOKING is allowed but limited due to a sensitive smoke alarm detector. The guest is responsible for any fine that may incur in the event of an alarm (due to possible heavy smoke from cooking). STRICTLY NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the unit.
