Private room, full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs are shared, and for long term guests kitchen access, within reason and living area on first floor is communal. Also laundry within reason and only for LONG term guests. Wesleyan Hills is a beautiful area on 288 acres of old farm land, two duck ponds, barns and 30 acres of open spaces and walking paths. Wesleyan Hill's is home to 572 families, lovely area for fresh air, rest and relaxation. Also walk down the hill to Sliders Restaurant ( excellent ) and Indian Restaurant, also excellent, just a few minutes walk. There is a Middletown transit bus which stops across the street from the property, local taxis and Uber . There are two parking spots in front of the unit # 774 and more guest parking. This is a Townhouse attached to other homes, third floor has 3 Bedrooms, and a full bath, half bath downstairs .You are welcome to ask me about additional person/Room.
