Description
Refurbished cosy, seaside cottage located in a quiet street in the popular Fishertown area of Nairn. Within a few minutes walk of Nairn beaches, river and town centre. Nairn is a great base location to enjoy the Highlands and has lots to offer with fantastic beaches, woodland trails, 2 championship golf courses and a range of great cafes, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. The space This newly advertised property, available from June 21, offers generous accommodation arranged over two floors, comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open‑plan lounge and kitchen, with the added benefit of a private garden and parking. The cottage is deceptively spacious on the ground floor, featuring a wide, open hallway leading to the modern open‑plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge includes an electric stove, adding ambience and additional warmth. Off the hallway is the downstairs bathroom, fitted with a shower cubicle and electric shower, and at the end of the hall is the master bedroom, furnished with a king‑size bed. The ground‑floor ceilings are unusually high for Fishertown properties, giving the rooms an airy and spacious feel. A carpeted staircase leads to the first floor, where the second bedroom—with a double bed—is located directly ahead. To the right of the landing is the main bathroom, complete with a bath and overhead power shower. The landing itself is bright and compact, typical of traditional fishing cottages, with the eaves creating reduced headroom for taller guests. At the end of the landing is a small open storage area and the third bedroom, which contains two single beds. Guest access Shadow's Cottage has on-site parking for one car. There is a small, free car park less than 30Metres away at Watsons Place car park. Other things to note Pets are welcome but must be by prior arrangement with the host.
