Holiday Home situated in a small Estonian town surrounded by nature. EXTRAS COST (per use) 1) Hot Tub - 60€ (at least 24 hours notice required, exceptions are possible) Estimated usage time: 3-5 hours 2) Basic Sauna - 25€ (always available) Estimated usage time: 1-2 hours Upon your arrival I will introduce you to the area, and if needed, show the parking possibilities. NB! The rest of the space descriptions are partially outdated. Our small studio has grown into a holiday home :) The space The studio is part of a holiday complex. Other guests may be staying in nearby buildings. While the yard is shared, specific areas are designated as off-limits for guests from different buildings. The main space contains the following: double bed, sofa-bed, a chest of drawers, a smart-TV; mini-kitchen with a fridge, electric kettle and coffee+tea material. Additionally, there is a place to store your clothes, footwear and bags. Through the door, you'll find the bathroom with a shower, wherein the essentials will be provided (shampoo, shower-gel, toilet paper, soap, hair dryer, etc) For our guests there will be an assigned yard area. We have a dog who is not dangerous but may get on your nerves, so for peace of mind (both yours and ours) we will restrict his area via a fence shock collar. The yard is spacious and beautiful. You will have private parking and a designated path to the studio entrance. We have a pond that is perfect for a swim and a hot tub. The previous three are surrounded by a wooden terrace for convenient access. Lastly, we provide you with a charcoal grill for a BBQ (just let us know that you wish to use it before your arrival so we can have time to prepare it).
