Inside the Castle of Lierna, a romantic place rich of history and renowned tourist destination for the splendid shore "Riva Bianca", we offer to our guests the southern wing of a 1600 noble house. The"pied dans l'eau" house, is an exclusive small jewel facing the lake. A corner of peace and tranquility with a breathtaking view: each and every windows of the house overlooks the lake and offers a unique painting in every season of the year; It has an enchanting sunny position . The space The lakefront house is located in one of the most unique and exclusive locations of Lierna, it is divided into two apartments, having in common only the pedestrian gate which can be reached through the narrow streets of the Castle This apartment (Elena's Terrace) is located on the 1st and 2nd floors. It has an astonish private terrace of 40sqm directly overlooking the lake, a living room of 35 sqm with kitchen , where a sofa bed is available. By means of internal staircase, you reach the 2nd floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and a charming corner balcony. The windows of all the rooms overlook the lake. The outdoor spaces are equipped in summer with table, chairs, umbrella and sunbeds / deck chairs. The entire house is subject to the protection of cultural heritage by virtue of the 1909 law on monumental constraints as part of a Medieval Castle and protected by the Government Authorities of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape. Guest access This Achille's Lair apartment , at Ground Floor, has exclusive access to external lakefront patio at same ground level ; The Guests of the other aparment ( Elena's Terrace ) will have common pedestrian gate access , but their own private front lake terrace at upper floor level . The house is inside a Limited Traffic Area. The guest will have a car PASS provided by the Host for loading / unloading access. Other things to note The apartment is proposed in Tourist Lease ; according to Italian legislation In this form can not be provided additional services ( such as food , drink , breakfast and service in general) : only the furnished apartment, cleaning service before check-in and linen. At check in , 1) the identity documents of all guests must be shown upon arrival to be notified to the Police Authority. 2) According to Italian Laws, the signature of a Standard Lease Contract in Italian or English will be requested 3) Guests shall have to pay in cash the city tax (not included in the Airbnb rate) The amount is € 1.00 per day for each person for a maximum of 7 days.
