The space The house is intended for 6 people and, if necessary and on request, depending on availability, it can be offered to you either as an apartment or as a room for the night. The area of the house is about 70 m2, the apartment part is 50 m2, the bedroom is about 20 m2 and the yard is about 120 m2. The house has all the necessary equipment and space which is equipped to meet all your needs and desires. Kitchen with living room, bathroom and two bedrooms with two beds or a large double bed. The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cooker, refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer. With the use of up to 2 extra beds, the price is increased by 120 kn per bed. For 4 or more people, we grant a 20% discount. • 2 people on the basis of 1 night can rent a part of the house with the use of 1 bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room at the price of 420 kn. With the use of an extra bed for a third person, the price is increased by 120 kn. We approve a 15% discount. • 1 person on the basis of 1 night can rent a part of the house with 1 bedroom and bathroom at the price of 180 kn. With the use of an extra bed for another person, the price is increased by 120 kn. The maximum duration of stay on a reservation for 1 person is 1 night, and it can be extended depending on availability and on request. • Less than 4 people can rent a complete house with all bedrooms, but then the rental price of the house is calculated at the price based on 4 people. • Conditions for children: • A child up to 7 years of age without an extra bed in the room on the basis of an overnight service at no extra charge. • For a child from 7 to 12 years, a discount of 50%, for a child from 12 to 18 years, the price is applied as for an adult, a bed for children up to 3 years is free and on request. • Pet conditions: • When booking, the guest is required to provide accurate information about the breed and the owner, by confirming the booking, automatically accepts full responsibility for the pet. During the stay, the owner is obliged to adhere to the House Rules and respect the ban on letting or leaving pets unattended. The price includes: rent and use of the holiday home (per night), use of the yard, tourist tax, sheets, blankets, towels, free hot drinks (coffee, tea). Breakfast service is available on request and at an additional cost.
