Spacious, quiet, carbon-neutral luxury home with hardwood floors, heated bathroom floors, blackout blinds, private bathrooms, and a solar-heated fenced-in pool complete with water feature. We have a brand new washer/dryer set. Crib available upon request. Our home has four comfortably spacious named bedrooms. They are: Master: Lighthouse (King bed) 'Pool': Bangkok (Twin over Full bunkbed) 'Front': Lisbon (Queen bed) 'Center': Marseille (Full bed) All four rooms have walk-in closets, blackout curtains, private bathrooms with heated floors, hot water bidet sprays, and smart TVs (50", 55", 55", 65"). The large living room also has a 70" smart TV and 7.1 surround sound. The Master bath has a large walk-in shower with two shower heads, and a very large separate tub with air jets and a heated back. Marseille and Bangkok have walk-in showers, and Lisbon has a whirlpool massage tub. All comfortably spacious bedrooms are suites. The Master and 'front' bedroom have completely private baths. One bedroom shares the bathroom with the house, and the last shares its bathroom with the pool. The home is yours to enjoy responsibly throughout your stay. The laundry is located in the garage, though we ask that you be respectful of our belongings there and restrict your garage use to laundry. This is an extremely quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, major tech companies, and a few miles from the excellent restaurants in lovely downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard. Our home is conveniently near 85, 280, and 17. There is a large gas-powered grill outside, with a dining table and chairs to accommodate outside meals. The pool feature also has controls for the lighting and waterfalls available inside the home. Pool is outdoors and solar heated, which means it is limited by outside temperatures. While the pool is open year-round, it will be chilly during winter months. All that said, we have enjoyed the pool as early as mid-March and as late as November, though it is most likely to be comfortable from April to October. Cleaning is available during your stay for a fee.
