The Lodge Mountainview is a short scenic trip off the Wild Atlantic Way, This brand new log cabin is situated at the foot of the Ox Mountains in the village of Attymass which is a place of mountains and lakes and breath taking scenery. There is a newly opened loop walk which passes Ballymore lake with breath taking views, for the more experienced walker The Foxford way has amazing views and goes along the Ox Mountains. If its cycling why not bring your bikes/bike for a trek around the area. The space The famous river Moy flows through the parish of Attymass and can accessed from several locations . The Fr.Peyton centre with its beautiful landscaped gardens offers spiritual retreats, it has a gift shop and a cafe where homemade treats are made daily . A jacuzzi spa / hot tub can be booked for your stay it is a added extra a fee is paid at check in ,this has to be pre booked so when a booking is made please request the pre booking through the message service. The information is sent to guests before their arrival date Other things to note The Lodge Mountainview ,s location is in the heart of the country ,The local towns that surround Attymass are a short drive away , the nearest towns for shops are Ballina which is 10.4 kilometres , foxford 10 kilometres , swinford , castlebar ,westport , Knock shrine , Knock Airport . Inishcrone Beach is a 25 minute drive from the lodge. The Lodge sleeps 6 people only , it is against house rules for more then 6 people to arrive , your booking may be cancelled. The Lodge is a family run business , we live beside the cabin and are available to our guests through out their stay Hot tub / jacuzzi spa is available for your stay The hot tub has to be pre booked by the guest before the arrival date , this is a added extra fee to be paid at check in, price breakdown is sent once message is sent It is up to guests to pre book the spa please send a message to pre book.
