Our stylish & casually furnished, perfectly located in terms of traffic and leisure, equipped with all amenities, oasis with penthouse flair is a tribute to the warmest region of Germany. As soon as you enter "The KAlifornia," everything smells of wanderlust & coziness. Chill outside on the cool, large roof terrace next to palm trees in your hammocking chair & lounge, relax indoors on your cozy bed or with a cool book with the best coffee, mocha or vino. The space The 1.5-room apartment itself is designed for two people and is of course completely accessible to you alone through a separate entrance. However, there are still four full sleeping places and an extra dressing room. The double bed is 1.60 m wide with a mattress in upscale hotel quality with super comfortable toppers. The two single mattresses of the bunk bed are 1.20 or 1 m wide. The lower bed is actually intended as a couch/chill corner, but can easily be used as a bed with a fitted sheet. The duvets are also super high quality and you can decide for yourself whether you prefer a thicker or thinner one, according to your preferences. A cozy and comfortable bed is extremely important and is often neglected in many apartments – so we think. That's why we spared no expense here. The California offers you a huge roof terrace for relaxing with a large, self-built lounge, palm trees and a hammock for the warm time of the year. Super fast internet (500 Mbit/s) and a smart TV await you. Since the summer in Karlsruhe is always very hot, we have installed a top Mitsubishi split air conditioning system for you. The kitchen has everything you need – nothing should be missing! We brought the dishes and all coffee cups from our vacations. We find it makes an enormous difference and triggers a completely different feeling when the cup you drink from comes from a small porcelain factory in the Algarve or is just "standard." Many of the stylish pieces of furniture are lovingly designed or refurbished by us. An electric juicer, a high-quality smoothie blender, spices, a basic supply of coffee, tea, olive oil, etc. are at your disposal. Supermarkets (Real, Aldi, Metro or a bakery) as well as one of the most beautiful cafes with its own roastery are around the corner. The main station is within walking distance, the city center can be reached by bike or train in 10-15 minutes and the largest green area for the best sundowners in the city is right around the corner. The ZKM and the Europabad are within walking distance. The fair and also two beautiful lakes can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
