Our modern holiday apartment is located in the beautiful, green Köpenick in a quiet location and directly on the water. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy nature on the water here, under the covered terrace. This is a wonderful way to combine nature and city life, as restaurants and shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance. Due to the very good transport connections, you can explore Berlin and its surroundings at any time. There is no boredom here... The space On our approx. 1200 sqm private property is the apartment, which is located right on the water. To the apartment, a car parking space on the enclosed property is at our guests' disposal free of charge. The holiday apartment is a modern furnished bungalow for max. 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby/toddler It is equipped with a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, large wardrobe and TV, a shower room with natural light and a living/dining area with kitchenette and direct access to the covered terrace by the water. On this you can enjoy cozy evenings overlooking the water. Feel free to see guests are ducks, swans and also like the fox. Arriving with your own boat is welcome. Please clarify the availability of a berth in advance. If you are travelling with a baby, we will be happy to provide a cot, high chair, changing mat, potty or toilet seat on request.
