Holiday home at the water near Amsterdam/boat rent

Unique detached house at the water in Aalsmeer near Amsterdam where you can also enjoy swimming. Boat (for rent and no licence needed) on private jetty. 10 minutes drive to Schiphol Airport, 20 minutes drive to Amsterdam and beaches. Well raised pets welcome (extra costs). Excluding tourist tax à € 3,75 p.p.p.n to be paid upon arrival. The space Very spacious ground floor (95 m2) with open kitchen, high dining table, cozy sitting area by the fireplace, desk (free WiFi), located directly on the water (3 meters!). Private 'cinema' (beamer with extendable screen and large music system) with 350 DVD's, piano, toilet with washbasin, patio doors to private jetty and on the other side to a garden with lots of privacy, with dining table, chairs and sun loungers. Stairs to 1st floor: large landing with extra bed, sofa, for 5th or 6th person (child), access to bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 box spring beds, and bathroom with spacious shower, sink and toilet. It's a calm and safe environment in a dead-end street. At summer days it can be 'crowded' on the water with people driving by in their boats which is very nice to watch from your own private jetty sitting and relaxing in your lounge seat. You can swim in the water too! (private 'swimming pool' :)) The house has a boat with 8hp (8pk) motor which you can rent for a day or more. You don't need a license to drive this boat. It's wonderful to drive in the beautiful nature on the lake (about 5 minutes by boat). Guest access The entire detached house including jetty (terrace at the water) with lounge set and spacious garden with bbq, dining table and sun loungers, is available. PLEASE NOTICE: SWIMMING is AT OWN RISK for guests and pets. Children under 7 years old should always wear a lifevest!! Other things to note We can never be held responsible for accidents in or outside the house. Swimming is at your own risk. People and pets who can't swim, should not rent this house because it's surrounded by water! And price is excluding tourist tax of € 3,75 per person per night, to be paid upon arrival
