A fifteen minute drive from the centre of Funchal and ten minutes from the airport, this property is recommended for those who prefer to be relatively close to the city but in a quiet place with good access. With two floors, the apartment has four bedrooms, three with double beds, and one with two single beds. It has three bathrooms, one with a bathtub. You can also use the barbecue area on one of the balconies for an outdoor meal. Please note that the parking space is narrow and is more suitable for medium-sized or small vehicles. Area The 'Reis Magos' area is known for its quietness and beautiful promenade, which connects the sea and the land in perfect harmony. The building is situated five hundred meters away from this fantastic walk, ideal for a stroll in the summer evenings and winter afternoons or for swimming during the hottest days. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy local gastronomy or international dishes. Besides the closest options, you can also go to the centre of Caniço (five minutes by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy, and a shopping centre with a medium-sized supermarket. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided. Upon request before check-in, we can provide you with a baby travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath free of charge. An extra fee may apply for requests made less than 48 hours before arrival. All accommodations are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, an interim service is offered, which only includes replenishing bed linens, towels and consumables. This service is not included for shorter stays.
