Secure Paid Parking on site with RM3.00 for the first 2 hours, RM1.00 per subsequent hour, or RM15 per day for a flat rate. Payments can be made via Touch ‘n Go, CreditCard or Apps. • Supplies Policy: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and tissue paper for your convenience at the start of a stay, regardless of the length. For longer stays or special usage behavior, we recommend purchasing any additional supplies you may need from nearby stores. A fine of RM500 will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking upon check-out. 6️⃣ Parties or group gatherings are not allowed. Evidence of such activities will result in a RM200 fine. 7️⃣ Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and will incur a fee of RM50 per hour. 8️⃣ For security reasons, we cannot accommodate baggage storage before check-in or after check-out. 9️⃣ Please ensure all dishes are washed and kept clean after use. 🔟 Dispose of garbage daily in the refuse room outside the unit to prevent pests such as cockroaches, ants, and worms.
