The space ✦ Surface Area: 50 m² apartment, fully available to guests. ✦ Capacity: Suitable for up to 3 guests. ✦ Floor: Fourth floor inside a classic, very quiet building in central Madrid. ✦ Layout: One bed of 140cm, a second individual one, a sofa, TV, and a table for dining or as a workspace, with Wi-Fi, AC and heater and wardrobe with clothes hooks. ✦ Kitchen: American-style kitchen fully equipped with pans, pots, microwave, washer-dryer and other essential cooking utensils. ✦ Bathroom: Fully equipped bathroom with shower gel, shampoo, towels, hair-dryer, hot water run by an electrical boiler, and an iron and its table. Guest access ✦ Elevator: It is located between floors; a flight of stairs needs to be climbed to access the apartment. The apartment has a noise monitor that notifies us when the allowed noise level is exceeded, we get a notification and when breaking the house rules we can cancel the reservation immediately without refund.
