Villa Manolia by LAVILLAEBELLA© is a beautiful self-catering property, perfect for those seeking a luscious green setting with ​simple elegance, as well as being close to the beach & ​to the picturesque Pilion villages & trails.​ A small, almost private, beach - just an actual 3 min walk downhill on the wide stone steps - awaits you to immerse into turquoise waters, whereas famous Papa-Nero Beach is another 3 min walk away. Ideally it hosts from 2 and up to 4 guests [1 couple + 2 children]. The space Villa Manolia is a beautiful self-catering house, perched on the hill right over famous Papa Nero beach. Together with neighbouring, yet independent: * Villa AZALEA [ 4BDR, hosts 8 guests, you can see it on airbnb ] and * Villa KAMELIA [4BDR, hosts max 9 guests, you can see it on airbnb ] they form a magic property, with a capacity to host in combination up to 21 guests. Kindly note that in MANOLIA there are no "closed" bedrooms in the classic sense. There is a comfortable 160x200 double bed on the upper level (mezzanine), with its own bathroom next to it, and two children/or adults can sleep on the opening double sofa bed in the living area of the ground floor, where there is also a second bathroom. ideally Villa MANOLIA is suited for 2 up to max 4 guests [1 couple +2 children or 2 couples]. The children can sleep on the built sofas in our window-enclosed patio area - as seen on photos 9 to 12 - which also features air-conditioning and blind screens or on the sofa which becomes a double bed, at the ground level. The ground level of Villa Manolia contains a stylish living room with a fireplace, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. The sofa becomes a double bed where two guests can sleep. At the mezzanine level there is a double bed (160x200 cm) and a second bathroom. Our window-enclosed patio area - as seen on photos 9 to 12 - features a fire place, airconditioning and blind screens and two built sofas where two children can sleep. Together with the ample outdoor living space, with its large ​deck area and the BBQ,​ along with ambient sea views, you will enjoy the perfect summer setting, celebrating the Aegean blue. A fairy-tale like setting, the house is surrounded by hydrangeas and a plethora of trees. There is an uninterrupted view of the sea from the terrace. The private path that led to the beach and the beach itself was my child's dream come true. We had a wonderful time here."
