Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the mountain trails and come back home for a fun game of Pictionary. Head here for a cosy stay far from the throngs of tourists! The space Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. - TVs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - Only 3 rooms are equipped with a heater. The heaters can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per heater, per night. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - One attached bathroom on the first floor does not have a wash basin. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 6 people comfortably. - It offers a TV and a heater. - There is a 3000 sq. ft. lawn that can seat up to 15 people. - It offers comfortable seating for up to 20 guests. - Many local species of flowers are grown. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier as well as crockery and cutlery for up to 20 people. - Food will be served in the common dining area. An additional 10% room service charge will be levied for the delivery of food to the rooms.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be arranged in-house on an à la carte basis. - The caretaker can cook for the guests. - Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Hotel Bismi, The Culinarium, and Open Kitchen. - Outside food is not allowed. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa is located in a relatively secluded area, 9 km. away from the closest marketplace. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs. - In case of a power outage, the generator supports all lights and fans for up to 2 hours. - The caretaker resides in the premises of the same property. - We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular networks work fairly well. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here. - Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans. - Outside food is not allowed. Guests can dine in from the villa or dine out. - The last 0.5 km. leading up to the property might not be concrete. - Hookah is banned by the Government of Tamilnadu and guests cannot bring or use it at the villa. - Food consumption only in the restaurant area. - Food order once place cannot be cancelled or changed. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the exteriors of the property for security purposes. - Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.  - All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted ADDITIONAL COSTS - An iron can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per kilogram. - The washing machine can be provided at an additional cost.  - Meals are offered at an additional cost. - The heaters can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per heater, per night. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1750 for 3 hours. Other:- - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. If you stay more than 2 nights, the fee remains Rs.1,000. This fee is non-refundable. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. And that’s it from us!
