Our home sits on Lake George, known as the "Queen of American Lakes". Our coveted Assembly Point, east side location provides sunshine all day, magnificent lake and mountain views and breathtaking evening sunsets. Our clear spring feed water and sandy bottom await you. We are a short drive to all attractions, restaurants, shopping, and just minutes away from gorgeous hiking/nature trailheads. We welcome you and your loved ones to experience our piece of paradise. Our 4000 square foot home provides many places to relax and unwind inside. Outside you can enjoy our 3 decks, lush foliage and my favorite the hammock A few closets are used to store owners personal belongings. The office area is restricted from use! The garage is restricted from use! If arranged you will have use of 1 dock space. It accommodates a boat up to 28 ft long and 10 ft wide. There may be other boats on the property that are to be for private owners use only. They may only be accessed by owners. They in no way infringe on your use of the swim area and sun deck. Boat owners may board and exit their boats and have a separate area to park outside of renters sole use of the large driveway. My husband and I or another family member will greet our guests when they arrive to give them keys and general information. Then we will be available for questions or concerns via cell phone. Our home is located on the "Assembly Point " peninsula. Our coveted location of a full western exposure provides lakeside sun all day till sunset. Our residential neighborhood does not have through traffic. This makes it safer to walk or bike along our roads. You will need a car to venture out of the area or by boat you can access public docks, restaurants, beaches, ice cream shops, arcades and other attractions. Our now grown children love it here and grew up safely. Now our grandkids love being here and I know your kids will as well. But, you must be aware that there are hazards like water, stairs, decks, the treehouse and fire pit. So please know that you must supervise your kids to keep them happy and safe! *A dock space for 1 boat up to 28 feet is provided. You can access many of the islands, for exploring, camping or picnicking. (You must visit the ranger station for maps and for more information.)
