Cozy, sunlit living room to gather and relax after a full day of exploring, full kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms with queen beds, the third bedroom is equipped with a chaise lounge for watching the mountains light up at sunset or as an optional sleeping space best suited for small children. The backyard has been xeriscaped with Utah native plants and a zen pathway for walking meditations or just enjoying the garden. Feel safe and secure during your stay. Your private home includes a personalized coded entry. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces via an individualized code that we set up for you just prior to your arrival. Your code will be active from 4pm at check-in to 11am at check-out. In addition to the complimentary coffee and tea mentioned above, guests will also receive in person and online ordering discounts with our local Wasatch Roasting Company. The code is “Madison Place”, so if you love our local coffee you can always order more when you return home :-) Other things to note The TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming (just log in to your Amazon account) and HDMI connectivity.
