Walking distance of 70 miles of interconnected hiking and mountain biking trails. Explore historic downtown Ogden with its local breweries, restaurants, cozy pubs, and a burgeoning arts district. Zen, light filled space full of plants and life. The house has large windows with expansive views of the Wasatch Front. Cozy, sunlit living room to gather and relax after a full day of exploring, full kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms with queen beds, the third bedroom is equipped with a chaise lounge for watching the mountains light up at sunset or as an optional sleeping space best suited for small children. The backyard has been xeriscaped with Utah native plants and a zen pathway for walking meditations or just enjoying the garden. Feel safe and secure during your stay. Your private home includes a state of the art security system with personalized coded entry. You will have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces via an individualized code that we set up for you just prior to your arrival. Your code will be active from 4pm at check-in to 11am at check-out. In addition to the complimentary coffee and tea mentioned above, guests will also receive in person and online ordering discounts with our local Wasatch Roasting Company. The code is “Madison Place”, so if you love our local coffee you can always order more when you return home :-) Self check-in upon arrival. The management team is available should you encounter and complications with your stay. You may occasionally see a maintenance person clearing snow from the driveway, moving trash cans, or caring for the outdoor plants. For longer stays (>1 week), we may need to arrange for the indoor plants to be watered during your stay. Quiet established neighborhood at the base of the mountains. There is a bus that runs to several of the ski resorts that meets near The Greenery restaurant. The TV is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming (just log in to your Amazon account) and HDMI connectivity. Detailed instructions are located in the manual.
