Comfortable apartment in a beautiful environment

The equipment and furnishings of this youthfully renovated apartment are excellent for the comfort of guests in the city. Our guests have a larger living room, a small bedroom that opens from it, a well-equipped kitchen, a well-decorated bathroom, toilet, lobby, and wardrobe. On either side of the apartment you can spend time in the fresh air, there is a small balcony on the south and a hanging corridor that connects to the staircase to the north. From both directions, you're welcome to look at the green parks filled with huge foliage trees. The space The 20 sqm room has a folding corner sofa (which is only 130 cm wide), some wardrobes and tv equipment, which can accommodate more than 70 programs. The small bedroom has a double bed (140 * 200 cm). The kitchen is for a comfortable meal of four people and is suitable for preparing simpler dishes, well equipped with cooking and oven equipment, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Of course, all of this is complemented by a well-equipped bathroom and a separate toilet room. High-performance WIFI can be used in the apartment. Our guests' pets are welcome. We provide cribs and high chairs on request. Other things to note The amount of the local occupancy tax is 400 Ft/person/day and is required to be paid on the spot for people over the age of 18. We are happy to provide information on any other exemption from the occupancy tax upon request. The apartment can also accommodate pets, and we have prepared some amenities for them (blanket, bowl, kitty excrement tray, excrement bag for walking). We just ask that you don't disturb the peace of mind of the residents by barking and the safety of the residents by moving around the staircase.
