Comfortable apartment in a beautiful environment

The equipment and furnishings of the youthfully renovated apartment are excellent for the comfort of guests staying in the city. Our guests are welcomed by a larger living room, a small bedroom opening from it, an equipped kitchen, a tastefully renovated bathroom, a toilet, a foyer and a wardrobe. On both sides of the apartment there is the possibility to spend time in the fresh air, in the south there is a small balcony, in the north there is a hanging corridor connecting to the staircase. It is good to look at the green parks full of huge leafy trees from both directions. The space In the 20 square meter room, an openable corner sofa (which is only 130 cm wide), some cabinets, a TV set serve the comfort of our guests, which is suitable for receiving more than 70 programs. The small bedroom has a double French bed (140 * 200 cm). The kitchen serves four people comfortably and is suitable for preparing simpler meals, equipped with cooking and baking equipment, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Of course, all this is complemented by a well-renovated, well-equipped bathroom and a separate toilet room. High-performance WIFI can be used in the apartment. We welcome our guests' pets. Cots and high chairs are provided upon request. Other things to note The amount of the local tourist tax is 400 HUF/person/day, which must be paid on site for persons over the age of 18. We will be happy to provide information on any other exemption from the tourist tax upon request. Pets can also be accommodated in the apartment, we have prepared some amenities for them (blanket, bowl, litter box for cats, litter bag for walking). Our only request is that the little pets do not disturb the peace of the residents with barking, and the safety of the residents with their movement in the staircase. The use of a leash for dogs is required by the house rules of the condominium and the municipal decree.
