This magnificent turn-of-the-century flat with high ceilings ornaments wooden floors and luxury fitting is located in a trendy area right in the centre of the city. The space Two bedroom flat, bathroom, kitchen and balcony overlooking green courtyard. Sleeps 6. Excellent connection to local transport for city west, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. Close to local bars, clubs and restaurants. Ideal inexspensive choice to explore. The flat has been fully refurbished in July 2014. Both bedrooms have been redecorated, the wooden floors have been brought back to their shiny history, a brand new kitchen has been installed and the bathroom has been completely renewed including a rainforest shower now. The flat comprises of a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms with 160x200cm double beds. Both bedrooms get a lot of light as the apartment is on the 4th floor, so there is sun almost all day long. There is also a decent size storage compartment in the basement allocated to the flat if you need more space. 1 large towel per guest provided, sheets and blankets provided. IF YOU NEED SMALL HAND TOWELS PLEASE BRING THEM WITH YOU. WE ARE TRYING TO MINIMIZE THE WASH LOAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. I am available 24/7 for my guests. I have lived in Berlin almost all my life so I can point you to all the hidden gems or put you in contact with the right people for almost all your needs. If anything is the matter I shouldn't be more than twenty minutes away at any given time. Sprengelkiez is the area that everyone talks about at the moment. It has some great little pubs with live music acts who sometimes just happen to live above the bar itself. Nevertheless going out here is unpretentious and good value for money. Two supermarkets and cleaners are within a 5 min walk from the flat. The flat is very well situated for public transport to city west, Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg as it is in walking distance to Amrumer Str and Wedding stations for the U and S Bahn networks..
