The space "Casa de Playa 1" It's a two floor apartment (62 m²) , ideal for families, one minute walking distance from the sea. The entrance of the house is connected to the garden through the veranda which is ideal for children to play or for gatherings of any kind - group meals or relaxation time. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, a comfortable sofa that can open into a double bed, a cabinet and a bathroom with a washing machine. A sliding door offers the possibility of transforming this floor into a private space. Τhe spacious balcony has a beautiful sea view , where you can set the table to enjoy your meals or to spend some precious tranquil time. The second floor is furnished with a double bed, a sofa that can open to an additional queen size bed, a cabinet and a wardrobe. There is also a TV set and a cozy corner with comfortable chairs where you can spend some chilling time. It has an air-conditioning system and through the windows one can enjoy the view of the sea. A private parking space is also yours! Other things to note The whole building consists of two independent apartments, “Casa de Playa 1”( first and second floor)& “Casa de Playa 2” (ground floor),each one with a separate entrance .
