There are various indoor and outdoor games to keep you entertained. The comfortable rooms and large living room make this a perfect getaway for any group. The space Greenwood Villa is special because of its: - Convenient location, proximity to Ooty Boat House, Rose Garden, Tea Factory & Museum and Thunder World. - Located amidst expansive & lush verdancy - British colonial interiors with vintage, plush decor - Lavish amenities like the in-house library, toy room, barbeque arrangements etc. - Myriad of activities including all-terrain bicycles, carrom, table tennis and much more! We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Power backup, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, hair dryer, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire, indoor & outdoor games - Secured parking space for 6 cars is available. This is a wheelchair friendly property. Pets are not allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - 4 bedrooms are in the villa and 2 are outside, in a cottage. - All bedrooms are equipped with oil-filled heaters and a flat-screen TV. - All bedrooms have king size beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room has comfortable seating arrangements for up to 18 people. - There are hi-chairs and play-tents available for toddlers. - Indoor games like chess, table tennis, carrom are available. - Outdoor game equipment like cricket set, badminton, throw ball, flying disc are available. - The villa is also equipped with an in-house library with a collection of reads suitable for all age groups along with a toy room so your little ones can have a great time too! you little ones - The expansive lawn area, along with ample seating, offers picnic mats, yoga mats for peaceful meditation, all-terrain bicycles and outdoor bluetooth speakers - The lawn can be used to organise events, on prior notice. BATHROOMS - The villa has 8 bathrooms - 6 attached and 2 common. - Geysers are provided in all the bathrooms. - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen but can access the pantry to make baby food and beverages. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a water purifier, an oven, and a gas stove. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A chef is available on the property. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Guest access There are a total of 6 bedrooms at this property. Access to the number of rooms will depend on the number of guests staying. Guests will have access to the garden, living area and games room, if opted. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible team of caretakers is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your driver/personal staff at an additional cost, excluding meals. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. ADD-ON SERVICES - A bonfire can be arranged with prior notice, at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours. - Guests are free to ride all-terrain bicycles around the property or play other outdoor games available here such as cricket, badminton, throw ball, flying disc, etc. - The washing machine can be used at no additional cost. The detergent will not be provided at the villa. HOME TRUTHS No loud music is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM. No pets allowed at the villa. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering-in is allowed. Please note that the CCTV cameras capture the common areas such as living room, game room, dining area and exterior areas such as parking, entrance, lawn and other backside areas of the properties. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen but can access the pantry to make baby food and beverages. The last 200 metres leading up to the villa may not be concrete. Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans. Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat. All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted
