The space Kick back and relax in the tranquil open-air coworking space and rooftop 3 stories off the ground, enjoy a beautiful view of Benoa Bay, the mountains, and the highway above the ocean; spend the afternoon at the swimming pool as the Bali sun begins to set or spend the day snuggled up in bed with your favourite book. Umah Nusa Dua has a little something to offer for just about anyone! You can exercise in our Gym area, grab a controller and play the Playstation in our Billiard and Game Station, or have a productive work in our Kedai Angin Lounge and Coworking which includes cubicles that are free to use for all guests. Plus a new addition of outside working area to suit those who would rather work closer to the sun. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the swimming pool, Bale Awan rooftop, Kedai Angin lounge and Coworking, Gym area, Billiard and Game station, also Warung Hari Hari restaurant. Other things to note Our place is located in the middle of nature which means occasional encounters with bugs and insects may be unavoidable. We do have pest control in place, but we cannot guarantee 100% non-encounter. For monthly rental, rate does not include electricity and other consumables (drinking water, soap, shampoo). Mini stove and kitchen amenities are included but guests provide their own portable cooking gas (available through our office or mini market near by). Here's the explanation about electricity in each room. - Each room has its own electricity meter. In Indonesia we called it "token". - The electricity meter is independent and has no connection to the electricity of common area. - The electricity meter is connected directly to the state power company (they install own power station to supply). - Each room has 3500 VA power capacity to be able to accommodate electricity equipment that monthly guests may bring with them. - Usage of electricity depend on electricity consumption, for example: use of air condition (AC), water heater and other equipment that the guests use. Add: our air conditioner (AC) is high power (1,5PK) to be able to provide speedy cooling to the room, AC is one equipment that need some amount of electricity Hairdryer and Iron are available upon request. We have many identical rooms so the room you will be offered may not be at the exact same location as the picture suggests; some of our units have pool access, meanwhile others have balconies. These are subject to availability, but please feel free to inquire further. As you probably aware that internet in Indonesia is not very reliable, for that reason we now have 3 internet service providers (ISP) in our facility. In case one (or two) ISP has problem, you can always refer to other ISP in our facility. - ISP A is available in the guest rooms. - ISP A and ISP B are available in the Kedai Angin area. - ISP C is available in the restaurant area We hope that this new addition will enhance your experience during your stay with us.
