Need the perfect place for a beach getaway? Restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee shops are walkable in every direction! The famed Abbott Kinney is only blocks away. The beach is a 25 min walk or 10 min bike. Safe and quiet neighborhood! If you just want to stay home and relax we have the perfect backyard with an outdoor table and seating, swings and fun tent with cozy covered outdoor seating. This is a great place for traveling with kids and dogs! Outdoor shower but private and HOT! The space Private entrance to large beautiful yard. Giant private room/studio with a few kitchenette amenities for light food preparation . The only shower is just outside the bathroom door and is a private outdoor shower attached with very hot water and nice water pressure! Free easy parking right in front of the house in the street. Fire pit (only available certain times of the year due to local burn restrictions) perfect for roasting marshmallows. Fun stuff for kids, toys or games to keep the them busy just reach out ahead of time and we will have you set up upon arrival. This space is great for traveling with kids and/or dogs because of the large fenced in space and we don’t charge any additional pet fees! Guest access Private indoor area, private lounge tent access (not for sleeping) and sofa/patio Backyard area is sometimes shared. Other things to note There will be a fee of $25 for every 30 mins for late checkout anytime after 11:15 unless we have made previous arrangements prior to the date of checkout.
