Located on the Offard Island on the banks of theire, a 5-minute walk to the city center and the train station, the apartment (33 m2), very bright and completely renovated, is on the 1st floor. One bedroom overlooking a quiet inner courtyard with double bed. Table and chairs on the balcony. Guest access There is free street parking (in the middle of the road). Parking by the road is limited to 1.5 hours and you need a badge during the day (there is one in the apartment). There is also free parking at Place Marc Leclerc, 49400 Saumur - 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Other things to note We don't charge extra for cleaning, but we do ask that hosts leave the space as clean as they found it.
