Ieno House is one of the traditional machiyas (townhouses) in Kyoto, built more than 70 years ago. The architectural design was carried out by Shigenori Uoya at the Shigenori Uoya Architects and Associates in Kyoto, and a full renovation was carried out while inheriting the original elements of Kyoto-style machiya. The space Total floor area: 98 ㎡ We’d like our guests to feel at home―that is why we have carefully selected all the items and furniture that allow our guests to enjoy their stay: comfortable Nordic vintage furniture in the living room and bedroom; ceramic bathtub handmade by a Japanese pottery artist in our semi open-air bathroom; amenities, towels, and linen, made in Japan and abroad. We hope that our guests have the opportunity to experience the beautiful moments that exist in the Japanese way of living during their stay in Kyoto. Guest access Whole House Other things to note [How to check-in] Please check-in at the accommodation. For details, please refer to the email that you receive after your reservation is confirmed. Please note that we are required by the city of Kyoto to make a copy of your passport. [Breakfast and Dinner] For those who wish, we offer bread or Japanese food for breakfast, and Japanese food with plenty of seasonal ingredients for dinner. ・Breakfast 3,900Yen per person including tax. ・Dinner 6,800Yen Per person including tax. Reservations are available for 2 persons or more. Please confirm your reservation no later than 3 days before your arrival. ※There are two double size beds in the main bedroom. We provide Futons(floor mat) in the Tatami room when our guest is over 3 people.
