Absolutely no smoking. 2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property. 3. Pets are allow for an additional fee ($50) 4. No parties or events. 5. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm. 6. Checkout by 10am. 7. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving. 8.
