Our cozy cozy house is located on the outskirts of Aquadelta near Bruinisse near Grevelingenmeer and Oosterschelde. Has been completely renovated in 2018 and can accommodate 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious living room with wood-burning stove, open kitchen and utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Enclosed garden with 3 terraces and outdoor BBQ. Parking for 2 cars is on site. Tourist tax, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the price. The space The house has unobstructed views on the polder. Located near golf club Grevelingenhout and holiday park and marina Aquadelta with all facilities for an energetic as a beach holiday or for peace seekers. Not far from the historic town of Zierikzee and the North Sea beaches of Westerschouwen. The house is furnished in such a way that you can enjoy a carefree holiday all year round. Guest access We have refurnished the house with great pleasure and enthusiasm and tried to create a relaxed homely atmosphere and hope that you as a guest will experience this as well. It's not allowed to smoke in the house. From the central hall with toilet, wardrobe and stairs to the floor, you enter the living room with sitting area, TV, wood stove, dining area, open kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner stove, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso machine with milk frother (just coffee machine also provided), combination microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, orange press. Through the sliding door, you enter on the terrace with the lounge set where it is nice to sit in the afternoon when the sun is out. A kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board. Furthermore, on the lower floor there is another bedroom with walk-in shower and sink. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, the green room, the blue room with TV, the yellow room. All the bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x200) placed next to each other. The beds are made up and a towel package is ready for you. A bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and spacious washbasin and a sun terrace with 2 sun loungers. The garden can be reached via the two sliding doors in the living room and kitchen. There are 3 terraces with garden furniture and lounge set, an outdoor BBQ, a large lawn and beautifully landscaped flower orders. The garden is completely enclosed. Other things to note Bruinisse is known for its mussel fishing, if you like fish, you are in the right place. The fishing fleet in the harbour makes the village unique to the island of Schouwen-Duiveland. There are various restaurants in and around Bruinisse where you can eat delicious mussels but also taste other delicacies. There is a large marina with various water sports facilities. Beach and pool are close by. The house is adjacent to the Aquadelta holiday park with several facilities for young and old. Golf course Grevelingenhout is right by.
