Our cozy, attractive home is located on the outskirts of Aquadelta near Bruinisse, close to Grevelingenmeer and Oosterschelde. It was completely renovated in 2018 and offers space for 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious living room with wood-burning stove, open kitchen and utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Enclosed garden with 3 terraces and outdoor BBQ. Parking for 2 cars on private property. Tourist tax, bedding, bath and kitchen towels are included in the price. The space The house has unobstructed views of the polder. Located close to Grevelingenhout Golf Club and Aquadelta Holiday Park and Marina with all the facilities for both an energetic and beach vacation or for those seeking peace and quiet. Not far from the historic town of Zierikzee and the North Sea beaches of Westerschouwen. The house is decorated in such a way that you can enjoy a carefree vacation all year round. Guest access We have renovated the house with great pleasure and enthusiasm and tried to create a relaxed homey atmosphere and hope that you as a guest will experience this as well. Smoking is not allowed in the house. From the central hall with toilet, wardrobe and stairs to the floor, you enter the living room with sitting area, TV, wood stove, dining area, open kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso machine with milk frother (regular coffee machine also available), combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, orange juicer. Through the sliding door, you come to the terrace with the lounge set where it is wonderful to sit when the sun shines in the afternoon. Utility room with washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is another bedroom with walk-in shower and sink. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the green room, the blue room with TV, the yellow room. All bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x200) placed next to each other. The beds are made and a towel package is ready for you. A bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and spacious sink and a sun terrace with 2 sun loungers. The garden can be reached through the two sliding doors in the living room and kitchen. There are 3 terraces with garden furniture and lounge set, an outdoor BBQ, a large lawn and beautifully landscaped flower borders. The garden is completely enclosed. Other things to note Bruinisse is known for mussel fishing, if you like fish, you are in the right place. The fishing fleet in the harbor makes the village unique to the island of Schouwen-Duiveland. There are several restaurants in and around Bruinisse where you can eat delicious mussels but also taste other delicacies. There is a large marina with various water sports facilities. Beach and swimming pool are nearby. The house is adjacent to the Aquadelta holiday park with several facilities for young and old. Grevelingenhout Golf Course is close by.
