This is Poppy Room, a part of Kalon Homestay, where you can sleep over BEAUTIFUL BALCONY or QUIET GARDEN to escape from the bustle and hustle of life. Our room only fit with the people who like A QUIET SPACE and CULTURE exploration The space Besides being a definitely quite place, the Poppy Room is so proud of a very convenient location which is near a lot of tourist places and provides so many facilities in that you can help yourselves as if you are at your home! This room is located on next to Old Quarter, surrounded by a variety of street-food shops and the real local life. It's an private apartment, ideal for late and endless stories under the romantic lights of the terrace and loft garden. - 5 MINUTES taking taxi to THE OLD QUARTER, HOAN KIEM LAKE & ST JOSEPH’S CATHEDRAL. - 18 MINUTES walking to TRANG TIEN PLAZA. - 12 MINUTES walking to BA TRIEU VINCOM CENTER. - Free hot & cold WATER and Vietnamese COFFEE. - Free NETFLIX account access to television. - Free Tour (Hanoi, Trang An, Ha Long, Da Nang,...) Consulting. Poppy Room (which is 30m2)) is fulfilled with 1 double bed and an amazing BALCONY. Guests using this room can use 1 private toilet (only Poppy Room can use) located right next to the room itself and a BIG SHARED KITCHEN downstairs which has a lot of of facilities for you to enjoy your meal. Or else, you can easily go upstairs and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at our QUIET GARDEN. Besides, there is one shared LIVING ROOM for you to have fun talks on the first floor of Kalon Homestay. Do not feel uncomfortable when you see any guest lying above the sofa to read or smoke at the SHARED GARDEN. Open your mind to welcome new friends. I’m sure that would be memorable experience when you make friends with some foreigners from all over the world. One more thing, the living room could be used only for talking or early luggage drop-off, please DO NOT EAT at this room. Poppy Room as well as Kalon Homestay are located on one of the most quiet areas in Hanoi City Centre, but to reach it, you will not make any effort. Luckily, we built our space at an old residence-house group, the neighborhood is well-educated and prefers an extreme quiet space at noon and night, so could you please keep silent at these time? The parties are not allowed, please take it into your account. Please be happy when you climbing the staircase over 1 floor to reach POPPY ROOM. The check-in guideline will be sent later after your booking, but do not forget to ask local people to find the place or questioned us on Airbnb to find your room, we all take pleasure from taking you to the address with big smiles. Guest access Guests are going to have full access during their stay to all the followings: - 1 bedroom named Poppy with 1 double bed and amazing balcony (20m2). - 1 toilet (only Poppy Guests can use) and 1 big shared kitchen which has a lot of facilities. - 1 shared living room with other guests from Daisy, Violet and Rose Room. - 1 shared terrace garden with other guests from Daisy, Violet and Rose Room. - Facilities: Free hot and cold water, free Vietnamese coffee, free Netflix account, high-speed wifi, air-condition, washing machine, hanging area (along with hanger),... + CHECK-IN: Self check-in from 2pm to 11pm. Other things to note As I said above, your room is located on the second floor and is the only room that has the toilet right outside itself. You can occupy that one because the signal is very clear and other guests will warmly abide by this rule. Kalon house contains 4 rooms and we decided to make your room become a private room with a big bathroom right outside your room. So please understand and excuse us for this thing, but on the other side, it could be a chance for you to make new friends and connect to other people who come from all over the world.
