Spacious 5 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom home located in a quiet neighborhood only 10 miles from the Oxford Square and Ole Miss campus. Perfect for large or multiple families. It sits on a 35 acre lake. In addition to the 3000+sqft interior, this house has 1400sqft of covered porches with a gas grill. There are 4 security cameras located on the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside of the home nor are any exterior cameras facing the home. Guest access The entire house excluding one room and two closets that will be locked. We ask that you don't use the garage. The pool will be covered with a safety net and unavailable for use. Lake view only; guests should not try to access lake from the property. Other things to note Two bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. Please be extremely cautious with young children around the stairs, pool area, and retaining wall. Do not attempt to access the lake from back yard. Hill beyond retaining wall by the lake is steep and should be avoided. A dog resides in this home but will be gone during your stay.
