Includes a private kitchen, garden and plunge pool, 4-poster beds, bath and hot-water showers. Enjoy the hotel services including Reception, Laundry, included breakfast, and additional larger swimming pool of the hotel. The space You will access the property through the main entrance of Hotel La Polvora and the property is administered by the hotel staff. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the cottage, its kitchen, pool, balconies and terraces. The property is located behind high walls and closed doors that give you privacy. Other things to note This fun small house is accessed from inside the grounds of Hotel La Polvora, and behind our roof-terrace "Nest Bar" and restaurant area. It is completely self-contained in its own private garden and plunge pool. You do however also have access to all the guest services offered by the hotel, an included breakfast each day, access to the larger hotel pool and Reception. Granada, Nicaragua is a bustling residential city known for its fiestas, fireworks and marching bands! Expect some neighborhood noise including church bells, near-by neighbors and other guests using hotel facilities such as our own roof terrace 'Nest Bar'. This type of neighborhood activity is typical of all parts of Granada and visitors are encouraged to be aware of this when planning a visit.
